HSOB RFC aka the Polar Bears is one of the biggest and most successful clubs in Christchurch and New Zealand. We have produced 30 All Blacks and 3 of them are back to coach at the club for the 2012 season. Aaron Mauger and Rueben Throne will be in charge this year and along with Nathan Mauger assisting them, we will have one of the best coaching set ups in New Zealand. We are also lucky enough to have have other former All Balcks Richard Loe and Graeme Bachop involved as resource coaches.
We cater for all playing abilities from Division One to Colts Premier to Social rugby to Womens rugby. We have a team in every grade and are extremely competitive.
